PP Film Blowing Machine

Leynix presents its specialized PP Film Blowing Machine, meticulously designed for the production of high-transparency and clear Polypropylene (PP) films. This downward extrusion machine is tailored to yield top-quality PP film rolls, ideal for applications in the textile and garment industries, as well as in food packaging, stationary products, flower packaging, zipper bags, and various transparent packing bags.

The water-cooling system incorporated in the design ensures the superior transparency of the final PP film product. The standard machine is equipped with 10 sets of differently sized water rings, offering flexibility in producing various final film product sizes. The unique air ring design contributes to the stability of the PP bubble during the production process.

To enhance functionality, optional add-ons and auxiliary equipment are available:

- Air/water chiller for improved transparency

- Rotary die head for a smooth and beautiful film roll surface

- Double (back-to-back) winder for single-layered sheet production

- Optional tension control for the winder, particularly effective in food and garment packaging, providing good tension film in rolls.

The screws and barrels, constructed from 38 chrome molybdenum aluminum with Nitriding treatment, ensure high performance in hardness and anti-corrosion. The extruder is strategically elevated to 3m for easy blowing, and the film is blown from the bottom of the machine.
